|How do I know if you have received my order?|
You will receive a confirmation email once payment for your order has been accepted.
When will you send out my order?
We will usually send it out within 72 hours after payment has been accepted (not including weekends).
Do prices on the website include postage?
No, postage costs will be added to your bill at the checkout stage. Please see the postage rates section.
What postage methods do you use?
Packages will be sent 1st class Royal Mail. We are currently looking into getting a courier for overseas orders to speed up delivery.
How much can I expect to pay for postage?

What if I want to insure my order?
Postal insurance (recorded post) is extra & costs .77p for UK customers, £4.95 for international customers. We recommend it for larger orders. You can choose it at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After we have posted your order, delivery times vary according to what country you live in (and the reliablity of your postal service!!) . Here's a guide to average delivery times:
UK customers = 2-4 working days
European customers = 4-7 working days
Non European customers = 5-14 working days
What happens if my order is lost in the post?
If you've chosen insured post for your order, then you can either receive a full refund or we can replace your order. If you do not take out postal insurance, we can't guarantee anything, but contact us anyway and we'll see if we can help!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment using Paypal, cash (at senders risk!), cheques, postal orders and international money orders. Please note, however, that we can only accept cheques, POs and IMOs in UK pounds sterling. Cheques must be drawn from a UK bank account.
If you want to pay by a means other than Paypal, please email your order or use the feedback form. DO NOT USE THE NORMAL CHECKOUT SYSTEM IF YOU INTEND TO PAY IN THIS MANNER!!!
How can I place an order without using the website?
Just send us an email. We will only accept payment by post (cash (£'s), cheque, PO, IMO) using this method though, as we don't have any credit card processing facilities except through Paypal.
Can I listen to audio samples of records?
Yes, when you look at the description of a product, just click on the links provided. Here you can download short low quality mp3 excerpts for each product.
How do I close my account with you?
Just email us with the email address that you're registered with, and your customer number (if you have it).
Can I cancel my order?
Provided it has not already been sent out, we can cancel your order. To do this, please email, phone or fax us as soon as possible explaining why you want to cancel the order and we will cancel it if it is possible to do so.
Can I return goods if I am not happy with them?
If you are not happy with the goods you ordered, then you can return them (with a covering letter stating the reason for their return) within 7 days of receipt. Provided they are in the same condition as they were sold to you we will offer you a full refund.
Will you pass personal information on to third parties?
