|If any item(s) received from us are damaged, faulty or otherwise substandard, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.|
If you requested insured postage, and the item has clearly been damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund (or replacement item).
Claims for refunds of items that have NOT been damaged in transit will be met at the discretion of Urban Decay Music.
After contacting us with your claim, we will ask you to send the substandard item(s) back to us.
We will also refund any postage costs incurred if we accept your claim.
The success of your claim depends on whether:
1) Your ordered item(s) have clearly been damaged prior to you receiving them.
2) You contact us within seven (7) days of the ordered item(s) being received by you.
NOTE FOR POTENTIAL FRAUDSTERS:
If it is found that a claim is unfounded and/or an attempt to defraud Urban Decay Music, we reserve the right to cancel your customer account and cease further trade with you and/or any other customers sharing your address and credit card details.
Depending on the seriousness of the case, Urban Decay Music may take civil and/or criminal proceedings.
